Our client is a leader in providing specialist solutions to enhance Defence capabilities. The successful applicant will be an experienced ILS Manager with a relationship-based philosophy and approach to developing relationships. I am seeking a pro-active individual that is looking to build on their proven industry experience and provide advice in all areas of ILS across the business.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide leadership and management of a multi-disciplined Team. This includes developing strategies and evaluating business outcomes
- Coordinate program activities including support to strategic planning and other functions
- Develop ILS plans and procedures.
- Review and moderate ILS products, Life Cycle Cost Plan, and reports.
- Review and provide advice on contractual statement of work artefacts.
- Evaluate technical deliverables to ensure alignment with project objectives
- Review, analyse and report upon LSA and ILS Product development activities
- Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders at the strategic and operational level
- Develop concept to inform planning for sustainment strategies and engagement with industry
- Ability to troubleshoot and rectify issues
- Undertake system requirement analysis and review

**SKILLS & EXPERINECE NEEDED**
- Technical qualifications in a related field
- Superior ILS planning and management experience
- Knowledge of System Engineering and Project Management functions
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Strong understanding of the Defence sector
- Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
