Overview:

- The Project Officer, Public Health Nutrition is responsible for coordinating and undertaking specialist project administration, support and reporting services for the Chief Project Officer, Public Health Nutrition and broader Food Environments team.
- The role provides assistance to the team in developing, maintaining, implementing and evaluating evidence-based public health nutrition policies, programs and initiatives, food regulation and legislative matters, and nutrition monitoring.
- The Project Officer, Public Health Nutrition is also responsible for undertaking research and detailed analysis to inform the development of high-quality evidence based technical nutrition advice and contribute to the public health nutrition capacity of Preventive Health SA and health promotion projects.
