**About Them**:
ACRWORLD are working with a leading Architecture practice in Sydney CBD who need you to start immediately This company is all about team work and need you to be the front of house and make sure the firms runs smoothly for the next week

**About the role**
As a temp Receptionist you will have a customer facing, front of house role on reception within the office. You will answer and transfer phone calls, greet visitors to the office, stock take and manage stationary orders, format documents using Word and PDF and update basic Excel spreadsheets.

**Duties**
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Formatting Word and PDF documents
- Stocktaking and managing stationery
- Updating simple spreadsheets

**Skills and experience**
- 1-2 years experience in reception/admin
- HSC completion
- Experience working in an busy office environment
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office software packages
