**The Company**

Our client is a growing, dynamic company in the private medical industry experiencing rapid expansion and is seeking a Receptionist to join the Sydney team. This reception and administration role has longer term growth potential into a managerial role.

**The Role**

Your fit within the role will depend on your proven experience as a Receptionist with key your responsibilities including:

- Answer and direct phone calls to relevant staff.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Take notes and minutes in meetings.
- Prepare documents for meetings and business trips.
- Opportunity to work Saturdays with Saturday rates (not compulsory).

**Skills & Experience**
- Minimum 1 year reception experience.
- Stable CV and wants a long-term role.
- Proactive worker.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to hit the ground running and learn the internal systems.
- Experience within the medical industry, specifically radiology department (ideal but not necessary).

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be someone who has very strong administration experience and is passionate about building relationships with others. You will also be an exceptional communicator on all levels, possess excellent organisational skills and have a strong work ethic which will allow you to thrive working in this fast-paced environment.
