3 Week Temp Role | Starting Immediately

This organisation in North Sydney is looking for a Temp Receptionist to join for a 3-week period starting immediately.

In this role you will be required to cover the Reception desk and carry out the following duties;
- Welcomes visitors (including internal staff and external clients) by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring enquiries.
- Preparing, processing, and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, including the maintenance and ordering of required postal and stationery supplies.
- Coordinate and maintain meeting room booking system and internal communication of bookings.
- Ensuring the office, including kitchens and meeting rooms, are kept in a clean and welcoming manner, with all consumables (including stationery) stocked.
- Distribute Cab Charges and maintain register and supplies.
- Office and equipment maintenance; reporting issues and follow-up.
- General administration support, including typing and preparation of documents.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a reception or similar administrative role, in a professional office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Beginner to intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe.
- Beginner to intermediate computer skills/literacy.
- Excellent phone manners.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business when required.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal skills to work effectively in a diverse environment.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to work autonomously, take direction and work as part of a team.
