**About the Role**

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing, updating and loading annual maintenance plans in the work management system (SAP) and maintain the Equipment Register. This is a 3-month contract requiring Monday to Friday full time hours based in Newstead, QLD.

**An overview is the below**
- Creating and issuing planned maintenance work orders to contractors
- Data entry and modification of assets/equipment and functional locations
- Creating or modifying maintenance items, tasks, and plans
- Modification or cancellation of historical maintenance work orders
- Contribute to the creation of standardised processes for maintenance management in SAP.
- Providing technical advice and system support in the management and general maintenance of the Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of asset management, quality, WHS, and environmental and risk management systems (including ISO9001, ISO4801, ISO14001, ISO55001)
- Advanced knowledge of relevant standards, regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of work planning and scheduling practices and procedures.
- Proficient with data management in Excel including pivot tables, charts, and tables.
- Functional Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook & Word.
- Extensive knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS); preferably SAP
