**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards and company policies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stocktakes
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required
- Implement and improve warehouse systems, layouts, and procedures
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth supply chain flow
- Monitor performance metrics and generate regular reports
- Train new staff and manage team scheduling and performance reviews

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse management
- Valid forklift licence with proven experience in forklift operation
- 5-10 years of total professional experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety procedures and inventory software
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Warehouse: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Forklift Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
