- Days & Hours of Work - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-7am.

**Job description and a snapshot of a day in the life** - This is one of those positions where you are in at 10pm, grab a coffee and a bran-muffin; commence your workday and before you know it its 7am home time.
- Skills Required
- Sound computer skills
- Clearly spoken; easily understood.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Voice Picking & Scanning systems
- Good IT skills
- WHS accreditation
- First Aid Accreditation
- Good Communication
- Team Management or team leader Experience
- Routing Experience

**Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to**:

- Despatch goods from warehouse as efficiently as possible and to handle all goods with the appropriate care.
- Ensure all outbound paperwork is accurate and recorded correctly.
- Ensure all orders are completed and system updated accordingly.
- Manage inventory damage to minimise waste and loss.
- Supervise night shift warehouse staff and drivers.
- Ensure that our food safety procedures are adhered to by staff and delivery drivers.
- Ensure rosters are maintained and updated.
- All goods are loaded correctly, and trucks leave the warehouse in a timely manner
- The goods are not damaged
- The use by date(s) are adequate
- Pallets are stacked adequately and securely wrapped
- The accompanying invoice or delivery docket is correct in description and quantity
- Vehicle route changes are done in the most cost-effective manner possible
- Ensure all storemen and drivers are properly trained and well acquainted with all company policies and procedures regarding the correct handling procedures of all stock including HACCP requirements.
- Ensure all storemen and drivers are working effectively and efficiently.
- Allocate jobs to storemen and drivers.
- Receive and sign for stock returns from drivers, noting reason for stock return, correct description and brand and ensuring that the stock is promptly returned to its correct location.
- Ensure that the warehouse is always presentable.
