- What’s the job?
- The purpose of the Student Engagement Advisor role is to assist current students of Torrens University, Media Design School and Think Education in continuing their studies. Through a combination of outbound campaigns and inbound query resolution, the Adviser will facilitate the re-enrolment of students into their chosen course each trimester.
- The role is target-driven, with the team carrying responsibility for meeting domestic and international returning student targets in each intake.
- NOTE: You must hold full working rights in Australia to be successfully considered for this role. This role does not provide sponsorship opportunities.
- Day-to-day accountabilities:
- Conduct outbound campaigns to domestic and international students across a range of channels to ensure they continue their studies.- Provide an elite level of customer service to students.-
- Resolve enquiries relating to system and portal access.- Ensure revenue and retention targets for returning students are hit in each trimester.- Meet KPI’s and service levels around customer experience and satisfaction.

Who you are- 2+ years of experience in Australian higher education, ideally in a student recruitment, contact centre or student services role.- Proven ability to provide a high quality customer experience.- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is highly regarded.- Strong verbal and written communication / presentation skills.- Strong relationship development and management skills.- Ability to work autonomously in a target-led environment.
