**The Position**:
Ozgene is a global provider of animal models for biomedical research worldwide. Our unique capabilities, using _lean principles_ and expertise allow us to deliver the highest quality mice and rats to researchers worldwide. Our team of experts is committed to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the research process.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our fantastic team in Perth.

**Your Duties will Include**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Manage client accounts and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Provide expert advice and support to clients on our products and services
- Work closely with the strategic partnering team to develop and suggest strategies for business growth
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the research field and our competitors
- Monitor and report on client activity and sales performance

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary degree in a relevant field (e.g. life sciences, business, or marketing)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Desirable: Some experience in account management, sales, or customer service in a related industry
