**The Role**:
As a Third Party Direct Claims Management Consultant, you will be helping our third parties with their repair process. Managing a portfolio of files where third parties have directly claimed with us and presenting total loss settlements to these parties.

- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Empathy and understanding that our third parties are going through a stressful situation
- Passion and drive to sell the best claims journey and outcome for our third parties
- Good discretion and ability to deliver outcomes confidently Ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally & externally
