Team Leader - Intensive Family Support (IFS)

**Maternity Leave Contract | 8 months**
**Part-time (67.5 hours/fortnight) | Brisbane North**

This is a **fixed-term maternity leave role (8 months)** with our **Brisbane North Intensive Family Support program**, delivered in partnership with **Act for Kids**.

What you’ll do
- Lead and support a passionate team of IFS practitioners
- Provide supervision, coaching and practice guidance
- Oversee case planning, assessments and family interventions
- Build strong relationships with partner agencies and stakeholders
- Contribute to program reporting and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring
- Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Allied Health (or similar)
- 5+ years’ experience working with children & families in a trauma-informed framework
- Previous leadership and staff supervision experience
- Strong understanding of child protection and family support
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills
- Flexibility to meet families outside standard business hours

**Essential**: Current driver’s licence, Blue Card eligibility, and criminal history check.
