Family Doctor are a network of over 80 GP doctor owned and operated medical and dental practices around Australia, dedicated to providing comprehensive patient care.
We are seeking a Full Time enthusiastic and professional Office Administration Assistant to join our team in Hawthorn East.
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Assist with office activities as directed
- Answer and make phone calls and take accurate messages
- Sort, distribute and post incoming and outgoing post including organising freighting of medical equipment to various practices across the country
- Communicate with customers and internal staff
- Order, stock, and distribute office supplies & approved similar for Family Doctor practices.
- May run various routine errands, as required, for the support office.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized, especially the kitchen, conference rooms and storage areas
- Welcome external visitors and prepare hospitality (tea & coffee etc ) as requested
