Service Administrator

**The Opportunity**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our team based in our Brisbane Branch. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor this position will be administrative and clerical support including timesheets and service invoice processing, hire/internal work order processing, taking phone enquiries, customer service support and completing and collating relevant reports as required.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Manage and perform all administrative duties as required, maintaining a high quality of work and liaising with all KFAP personnel & customers.
- Ensure all internal and external work orders are processed and completed by end of each month.
- Ensure reporting documents for major customers are completed weekly.
- Update and Goods receive purchase orders and submit for authorization and processing.
- Maintain service files as required and scan
- Maintain excellent relationships with peers, management and staff and foster good relationships between customers and all departments.
- Complete all document control / compliance functions in an efficient manner.
- Undertake other administrative duties as required

**Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- 2 + years of administration experience
- Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
- Computer literate with competency in the Microsoft Office programs with sound data entry skills.
- Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate with management, staff, and customers.
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Have a technical aptitude
