Seeking an experienced Workshop Co-Ordinator for our busy client based in Sumner.
Our Client is one of the leading pipeline construction companies in Australia and provides major projects with quality plant machinery hire and construction services.
This role will provide you the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, implement new ideas and boost the efficiency and sustainability of a leading hire facility.
**About the Role**:
- Ordering parts for mechanic workshop.
- Ensuring all machines are ready for dispatch/ hire
- Arranging maintenance/service schedules
- Understand maintenance processes and upkeep document records
- Assist with maintenance demands and budget requirements
- Corresponding with suppliers and customers.
- Administrative tasks
- This is a full time position.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Understanding of mechanical parts to assist mechanics
- An understanding of the legal requirements and compliance for servicing plant and hire equipment.
- An ability to run a team and keep people motivated
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Full Driver’s Licence, Forklift Licence or Plant Tickets preferred
