To support our exciting partnership with our Perth based customer,_ we are looking for a high performing Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team on a Part-time basis, 3 days per week_**.** You will help our customer attract and hire top talent in Australia and beyond, while also enjoying the support of the Harrier team.

In this dynamic role, you’ll:

- Partner with senior leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles - from Trades and Technical to Operations and Corporate professionals.
- Bring creativity and insight to every search, designing attraction strategies that engage the right people at the right time.
- Collaborate with an on-site Sourcing Specialist to deliver proactive campaigns and build strong talent pipelines.
- Work closely with our Harrier Community of Experts (CoE) to drive optimal recruitment practices, enhance our customer EVP and champion diversity, equity, and inclusion.
