We are looking for a seasoned Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team for an interim maternity leave assignment with potential for long-term.

Job scope:
This position will support our hiring needs most specific to Australia and/or Asia with the growth potential to recruit globally with
- in our amazing team of global Talent Acquisition Partners.

Your responsibilities:

- Run the recruitment process from end to end
- Expert on regional recruitment channels. i.e., search agencies, job posting channels
- Promotes FLSmidth at universities and job fairs
- Promotes FLSmidth in accordance with global employer brand
- Responsible for regional recruitment processes and offerings in alignment with global standards
- Performs analyses with medium to high complexity and problem solving relevant to talent acquisition initiatives and execution
- Runs recruitments independently for middle management level positions
- Serves as a resource to managers in running recruitment processes including interview best practices
- Participates in group/regional community of expertise to share regional needs and exchange best practices
- Promotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

What you bring
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional level recruitment end to end experience a must
- Great customer service attitude
- Comfortable working with-in an agile global matrix company
- Prior recruitment experience in Australia and/or Asia job market a plus but not necessarily required
