Pullman Sydney Airport is looking for a Full Time Guest Service Agent to join our friendly and dynamic Front Office Team.

With exceptional customer service skills, you will need to anticipate our guests' needs and strive to deliver a personalised, memorable service experience to every interaction, every guest, everyday

**Job Description**:

- Delivering exceptional, personalised & fun customer service while maintaining luxury standards to ensure all of our guests feel welcome.
- Attending to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction.
- Checking guests in and out and maintaining their account using our PMS, Opera.
- Answering guest queries in a positive and effective manner.
- Daily liaison with departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping for guest movements, requests and activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Energy, enthusiasm and creativity to bring a personal touch to our guests’ stay.
- Customer focus & strong communication skills
- Full working rights in Australia and immaculate presentation
- Previous experience with a PMS - Opera or Fidelio & HOTSOS experience preferred.
- Must be reliable with the ability to work a rotating roster of day, evening and night shifts including weekends and public holidays.
