Monash Heart and Intensive Care Services work as a unified cross campus service under a hub and spoke model; delivering a comprehensive range of cardiological services at the newly built, state of the art facility; the **Victorian Heart Hospital**
As a Monash Health hospital, the Victorian Heart Hospital is uniquely positioned to provide tailored cardiovascular care and specialised life-saving procedures. Being Australia’s first cardiac hospital, we deliver a new Monash Health standard in model of care, and patient care experience. The adult intensive care service includes intensive care units at Monash Medical Centre, Dandenong Hospital, Casey Hospital and the Victorian Heart Hospital (VHH)

**A Day in the Life**:
This senior leadership role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Partnering with the Program Director Monash Heart, together you will be accountable for leading and managing the operations of the Program.
**Your experience and expertise**
You bring extensive clinical leadership experience and aligned qualifications. You have a demonstrated understanding of operations in an acute setting and thrive on the opportunity to develop and meet strategic and operational objectives. Having previous experience in a large multi-disciplinary environment, you inspire your team for growth and development and have a natural ability to develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator with highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills and can present, engage and influence at Board level.
