We are an award-winning paramedical clinic with an excellent reputation for delivering results. Utilising the latest technologies including Cynosure light-based technologies, fractionated needling including Factor 4 and DMK, Mesotherapy & Aspect DR skincare.

We have a highly motivated, dedicated and passionate team and we are now looking for another amazing therapist / receptionist to join us.

**ROLE SPECIFICS**

**Hours**: Full time hours over 4 days

**Pay Rate**: $35 - $40 per hour + overtime and you will enjoy an uncapped incentive bonus program from us and our suppliers

**To be successful in obtaining this position you will**:

- Previous experience in a laser clinic preferred
- Minimum 2 years salon / reception clinic experience
- Works well as part of a team, and confident with meeting KPI's
- Flexible in relation to late nights and Saturdays
- Excellent computer skills & close attention to detail
- Outgoing friendly personality
- Problem solve & thinks laterally
- Immaculately groomed

**Duties include**:

- Greeting clients and managing client flow
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments and handling enquiries
- Assisting the therapists with upselling/sales support
- Opening/Closing the clinic
- Cleaning
- Administration & adhoc duties
- Full-filling orders
- Maintaining stock
- Assisting with social media content
- Educating yourself consistently in clinic and our online portal
