**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Personal care: showering, dressing, grooming and medication assistance.
- Social support/transportation for social activities, shopping/groceries, travelling to medical appointments.
- Domestic assistance: light household cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
- Supporting participants with complex and/or challenging needs
- Provide updates on participants progress following each service
- Learning & Life skills Support: To assist participants in learning new skills, e.g. cooking, cleaning, dressing, using transport, and other skills that result in gaining independence.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle for transporting clients (if needed) and travelling to and between customer locations. May need to use clients vehicle on occasion.
- Looking for someone who enjoys soccer, music or DJing, and golf. Someone active, loves good music, and likes to relax with a game of golf.
- Must have understanding of complex mental health support.
- Experiences in Community Disability and/or Aged Care Sector essential

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Police check (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
