**About us**

A new opportunity exists for Support Workers to join our _friendly Community Home Care Services_ team on a casual part time basis to provide services in the **Baulkham Hill-Bankstown-Fairfield region**. Reporting directly to the team leader for the area, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care to our clients in assisting them to maintain their independence in their own homes. Dependent on your level of experience and qualification, key responsibilities with assisting our clients may include; undertaking of domestic work, transportation, shopping, personal care, medication management, mobility support and preparation and cooking of meals.

**Qualifications**
- Australian driver’s license
- Comprehensive insurance and car registration
- First aid certificate (desirable)
- Certificate III in Aged Care and Disability or equivalent (required)
- Second language (desirable)
- Current National police checks
- Current Working with children check
- Using a hoist
