We want to hear from you **About the role**: The primary purpose of this position is to undertake up keep and repair tasks for both the interior and exterior of the buildings on our precinct. Duties could include: - Undertake all aspects of the Carpentry trade, including reactive and planned maintenance - Provide efficient and effective customer service - General repairs and maintenance throughout a broad range of areas within the buildings (painting, tiling, plastering, minor plumbing, concreting, fencing) - Perform maintenance and light repairs - Get quotes, schedule and assist tradespeople with required jobs - Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks - Identify and report the need for major repairs - Ensuring safety compliance **About you** You will be an experienced, well presented Handyman who holds their work quality to a high standard and takes pride in a job well done.
