**About the role**:
As the NSW Data Centre and Business Continuity Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and be responsible for ensuring our data centre and business continuity service remain secure, scalable, and always available. This is your opportunity to join a values-driven team that blends technical excellence with genuine human connection.
**Some of the key things you'll do**:

- Data Centre Operations and Infrastructure Management including planning and resourcing the data centre to effectively manage disaster recovery testing, disaster declarations, facilities and outsourcing.
- Maintain data centre presentation and that service delivery in the data centre is in line with contractual terms.
- Provide our valued customers the level of care & attention they deserve.
- Provide effective communication, leadership and direction to your team.
- Ensure security is never compromised - uphold compliance with ISO27001 standards at all times.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Strong customer service focus and presentation skills.
- Able to drive initiatives that support growth and efficiency.
- Experience with data centre infrastructure and data centre operations.
- Knowledge in data centre power supply, including understanding of UPS, power distribution and backup power generation.
