**Selection Criteria**:
- Approval to teach students with learning and support needs (primary) and/or experience teaching students with learning and support needs (primary) in regular classes. Capacity to provide specialist assistance to students in regular classes with additional learning and support needs and their teachers
- Demonstrated capacity to provide specialist support for teachers to create differentiated teaching programs for students with additional learning needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work positively and collaboratively with teachers, support staff and families.
- Ability to provide professional specialist advice and assistance about students with additional learning needs to the school’s learning and support team.
