**Position Information**:
The position will be located at:
**Gerringong Public School, 12 Archibald St, Gerringong NSW 2534**:
Gerringong Public School is located on the New South Wales South Coast and has students from both the town and rural setting._ _We have a current school enrolment of 380 students and our school motto is 'We Will Achieve'.
**Selection Criteria**:
Approval to teach students with learning and support needs (primary) and/or experience teaching students with learning and support needs (primary) in regular classes. Capacity to provide specialist assistance to students in regular classes with additional learning and support needs and their teachers.
Proven ability to create visible learning environments through the implementation of effective classroom management and student wellbeing programs.
Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills with experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams and to work collaboratively and contribute positively to whole school culture. This includes a willingness to teach sport, choir and/or drama.
Demonstrated experience in understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students; High Performing Gifted Education students and students with disabilities.
