**The opportunity**
If you're a qualified HR Driver looking for stability, this is the role for you. Enjoy **permanent, full-time** work with **early starts** (between 12am-3am) and **early finishes** — plus a sign-on bonus of up to **$3,000**.

**What you'll be doing**
As a key member of our essential services team, you’ll:

- **Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials** locally
- **Operate and maintain** a clean, modern vehicle
- Work safely on **commercial & industrial sites** around other heavy vehicles and equipment
- **Complete daily safety checks and paperwork**:

- Ensure compliance with **Workplace Health and Safety and National Heavy Vehicle Regulations**:

- **Maintain a professional appearance** and clean work environment
- **Build strong relationships** with clients and stakeholders

**What you’ll bring**
- **Current HR licence** with a good driving record
- **Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance**:

- A **positive attitude** and pride in your work
- Experience in waste industry is** desirable** but not necessary
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**:

- **Strong communication skills** and a **customer-first approach**
