**Requirements**:
✔️ **2-3+ Years’ Warehouse or Logistics Experience** - You know how a fast-moving warehouse works.

✔️ **Forklift Licence** - High-reach experience is a big plus

✔️ **Organisation Pro** - You love a well-labelled shelf and a smooth dispatch plan.

✔️ **Safety & Quality Focused** - You don’t cut corners. Ever.

✔️ **Cool Under Pressure** - Comfortable working in cold and frozen environments (-5°C to -18°C).

✔️ **People Person** - Confident communicator and team collaborator.

✔️ **Physically Fit** - Able to lift 15-20kg and stay active on your feet.

✔️ **Checks Ready** - Police and medical clearance required before starting.
