Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Supervise and lead warehouse staff to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure targets for productivity, accuracy, and efficiency are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Hands-On Work: Participate in physical warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, stocking, and order picking when needed.
  • Forklift Operation: Operate a forklift to assist with material handling and organization within the warehouse.
  • Workflow Coordination: Collaborate with the office manager and other departments to optimize workflow and ensure seamless communication between warehouse operations and office staff.
  • Health & Safety: Ensure the warehouse is maintained in compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate a team and ensure high productivity standards.
  • Proficient forklift operation certification (required).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
