**The Role**:
This amazing organisation are on the lookout for a Payroll Business Partner to join the team on a 12-Month Contract (opportunity to extend or go permanent).

The responsibilities of the position include:

- Ensure all payroll transactions & financial liabilities are processed accurately & on time
- Collect, calculate, & enter data in order to maintain & update payroll information
- Frequent referencing & updating of knowledge on the terms & conditions of employment held within the Enterprise Agreements (EA)
- Manage onboarding activities for the payment of new hires including activation of security profiles
- Manage offboarding activities for the deactivation of employee records & payment of final monies
- Ensure timesheet information collected relates to the relevant EA conditions of employment
- Month end & year end reporting activities which include reconciliation & payment of PAYG, Superannuation & other financial liabilities, both accurately & on time
- STP reporting
- Reconciliation of wages & salaries on a pay-by-pay cycle
- Calculate workers compensation liabilities including lost time reporting & payments to injured workers
- Reconciliation of Long Service leave accruals & payments to staff according to any LSL rules held within EA or State based legislation
- Reconciliation of any outside of EA requirements such as but not limited to shift worker & annual leave
- Ensure any salary increases or back payments are actioned on time & accurately
- Resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely & professional manner
- Manage professional communication & customer service with internal supervisors, managers, & staff
- Maintain payroll operations by following policies & procedures
- Develop ad hoc financial & operational reporting as needed
- Experienced with **Ceridian Dayforce** Payroll System
- Payroll related qualifications will be highly regarded
- High attention to detail
- Math minded & numerically competent
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- High degree of professionalism & discretion in dealing with confidential information

**Experience within the Healthcare industry will be highly regarded**
