**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant,** ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Monitor and manage product costs and inventory levels,** ensuring stock is well maintained and aligned with budgetary targets.
- **Ensure the restaurant's merchandising, marketing, and ordering processes** meet the company’s standards and contribute to overall business goals.
- **Supervise food preparation processes,** ensuring recipes are followed precisely and that food quality meets set expectations.
- **Develop strategies to improve restaurant sales and enhance profitability,** focusing on both short-term and long-term goals.
- **Address customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally,** ensuring a positive dining experience.
- **Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to design and update menus,** balancing customer preferences with profitability and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Cafe Manager, Hospitality Manager, or related)
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience, must know latte art
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment
- A passion for quality food and drink
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
