Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced salesman with barista skill as a plus to join and manage the team at a French cafe in Brunswick:

The successful candidate must have at least 1 years experiences in cafe and restaurant industry.

The duties leading to manager will include:

  • Daily business operation management, including shop opening and closing, stock ordering, staffs management,

financial management, and many others duties.

  • Staffs roster management;

  • Staffs training;

  • Excellent communication and guest relations skills;

  • Excellent customer service skills;-

Strong leadership, a proactive problem solver.-

Competences in Marketing with, ideally, a business background to help develop the café's catching area and increase our partnership with local businesses;

-Advance knowledge in the French culture, including traditional food, language and history;

-A previous experience in a French (or European) type of café/restaurant is appreciated;
