The Business Improvement Manager works to deploy Stockland’s Process Excellence framework to identify and accelerate the delivery of business performance improvement. The Business Improvement Manager will lead and provide support for key projects with their capability in problem analysis, requirements gathering, problem solving and solution generation and delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivering process improvement** - Reviewing end-end processes, identifying improvement opportunities, defining a to-be state and then prioritising the effort required to migrate to the desired future state.
- **Role Modelling** - the behaviours and practices to showcase operational excellence using systematic, data-driven, faster approaches to deliver simpler, more elegant solutions.

**What are we looking for?**
- Degree qualified in a relevant field (STEM ideally, but also Business Management, Operations Management, Commerce - with supporting experience).
- Lean Six Sigma - Green or Black Belt - is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience as a business improvement professional using BPM or lean six sigma to support or lead improvement projects across several organisations and functions essential.
- Experience or capability in knowledge management practices would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in business partnering and facilitation of cross-functional teams is essential.
