**How will I help?**

Your new role as Process Improvement Manager, RAMS reports into the Head of Customer Lending Experience.

The primary objective is to complete business improvement activities for any projects (externally or internally driven) that impacts the RAMS Financial Group. The role requires engagement with internal business units, such as legal, compliance and product, and external project teams or franchise network to support and deliver changes impacting RAMS business units. You will also provide support to and working with Senior Change Manager to deliver change across RAMS.

**What do I need?**
- Minimum a few years’ experience in banking and financial services Change Management, Transformation or Business /Process Improvement
- Experience in leading change projects and exceptions skills in written communications, having the proven ability to write business documents
- Highly autonomous and proactive in your approach to change management, with a highly customer
- centric mindset
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite and stakeholder management will enable you to work with shifting priorities in a dynamic working environment
