**About the Company**
This is an established and market-leading consumer business with an outstanding reputation and a respected leadership team. Following several years of expansion, they are now looking to appoint a specialist role to develop and implement a number of business improvement initiatives.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Finance Director, interacting broadly across the business and partnering with the leadership team.
- Broad operational improvement role
- Review processes and analyse data
- Evaluate automation opportunities and technology improvements
- Build credible and constructive internal relationships
- Present ideas and solutions to the leadership team
**Your background**
- You will be an experienced consultant, change manager or business improvement specialist
- Ideally you'll have sector experience in consumer products or distribution
- You have strong process improvement and project management credentials
- You have led similar projects in a mid size business or division
- You are an engaging communicator with a curious and analytical approach
This is a value-adding role which will drive positive change across the business and position them for continued success. It will be structured as a two year contract.
