As **Executive Assistant to three General Managers**, you’ll be at the centre of a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment where your organisational skills, professionalism and ability to anticipate needs will truly shine. **What you’ll deliver with us**

In this trusted, business-critical role, you’ll report directly to three General Managers and work closely with their leadership teams. You’ll provide high-level administrative, operational and coordination support that ensures the seamless functioning of leadership activities. Success in this role means staying one step ahead - managing calendars, correspondence and business processes while being a reliable partner in helping the team deliver against its goals.

**You’ll also**
- Proactively manage diaries, travel, meetings and communications for three General Managers.
- Coordinate business rhythms and team communications, ensuring smooth and timely execution of activities.
- Maintain and monitor team inboxes, prepare reports and support data analysis and presentation creation.
- Liaise with stakeholders across senior management and external parties with professionalism and discretion.
- Manage business processes such as invoice payments, purchase orders, expense reconciliations and office administration.

**About you**

You’re a highly organised, proactive and discreet professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering seamless executive support. You bring a calm, solutions-focused approach to ambiguity and changing priorities, and you’re known for your ability to build strong, trusted relationships across all levels.

**You’ll also need**
- Extensive experience providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, with strong calendar, travel and event coordination skills.
- Exceptional time management and the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities with mínimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP and SharePoint.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement and discretion.
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset and the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
