About the role?
The Brand Experience Coordinator supports the Head of Brand Experience to achieve strategic initiatives including how the brand shows up inside the restaurant. Working collaboratively with Operations, Commercial and Business Insights, the Brand Experience (BX) team uses customer insights and brand to drive the overall in-restaurant experience. This includes all facets of the experience from food to the more physical brand touchpoints like crockery or packaging to how we engage our Nandocas (team members). The collective aim of the BX team is to drive brand love and loyalty by bringing to life the Nando’s brand inside the four walls of the restaurant.
Specific deliverables include:
- Support the rollout of any Brand Experience initiatives into restaurant from ideation though to execution.
- Work with the Food Team to garner any additional customer insights required to support a proposed change in restaurant. This may be through in-person panels or our online community hub.
- Work with Business Intelligence (BI) to determine actionable customer insights from our ‘Voice of the Customer’ channels (Zendesk, Yumpingo).
- Monitor and evaluate food and beverage trends and competitor activity.
- Support the development of EPD (Everyday Product Development) and NPD.
- Project manage the rollout of new menu designs working with internal stakeholders and external design agencies.
- Lead the creation of post-campaign reports for Brand Experience initiatives.
- Be the brand custodian for in-restaurant marketing touchpoints.
- Project manage the rollout of new or improved in restaurant touchpoints across ANZ.
- As well as the in-restaurant experience, this role will help drive experience within the Marketing team. This might include assisting with marketing indabas (off-site events/meetings), organising restaurant excursions or other activities aimed at instilling the Nando’s experience within our team.
