About the Role

As the Marketing & Brand Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping CDPG's brand identity and driving engagement through compelling content and strategic campaigns. This dynamic role blends creativity, strategy, and technical expertise to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Social Media:

  • Develop engaging, original content for websites, social media (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter), email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Create multimedia content (videos, graphics, infographics) to captivate target audiences.
  • Manage social media channels, grow followers, and boost engagement through strategic content calendars and analytics-driven insights.
  • Monitor audience feedback and brand sentiment, fostering a vibrant online community.

Communications:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across internal and external channels.
  • Produce and distribute newsletters, key message boards, and other communications aligned with CDPG's voice and objectives.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries on social media and other platforms.

Market Research & Campaign Management:

  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns (e.g., email, social media ads) that align with CDPG's goals.
  • Track campaign performance, optimise strategies, and manage budgets and timelines effectively.
