We are on the lookout for a visionary Manager (ICT Resilience) capable of leading the refinement, creation, and deployment of ICT resilience frameworks aligned with best practice standards throughout TMR. You will be at the helm, guiding senior stakeholders, spearheading insightful discussions, and pioneering ICT resiliency risk management practices while advocating for heightened ICT resiliency competences department-wide.
**As our Manager (ICT Resilience), your duties will include**: - Delivering pivotal ICT Resiliency insights into Strategic and Operational plans to ensure alignment with and support of organisational ambitions and value preservation related to ITB. Orchestrating the execution of ITB's ICT Resilience Program of Work, advocating best practice methods, and championing new capabilities like automation to augment event response procedures effectively and efficiently. Cultivating and sustaining strategic collaborations with integral internal and external partners to advance and hone ICT resilience customs throughout TMR, bolstering our current proficiencies. Directing and administering a program to authenticate ITB's preparedness and ability to avert, prepare for, respond to, and recuperate from disruptive occurrences. Lead continuous refinement of scenario analysis and backup continuity plan (BCP) processes and bolstering efficacy and efficiency post-event learning within TMR. Overseeing strategic analysis, evaluation, reporting, and guidance on crucial ICT resilience documents, emphasising escalated issues that could lead to departmental upheavals.

A track record with BCP and DR frameworks/standards, namely ISO 22031, ISO27031, BCI Good Practice Guidelines (GPG) would be highly regarded.
