**Your new company**

Victorian statutory corporation is looking for a 2 X Data Analyst to be part of their Data Management Program team for a 6-month contract.

**Your new role**

This role requires you to work closely with the team and assert the data quality scope of each entity. You’ll also:
- Prepare and analyse data for diverse communication needs.- Translate complex data for broad audience understanding.- Provide strategic policy and legislative guidance based on data analysis to key public sector figures.- Monitor and research data trends to recommend improvements.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
- Engage actively in team activities, promoting a positive work culture

**What you'll need to succeed**- Skilled in evaluating and refining complex data, with proficiency in PowerBI, R, Python, or SSPS, and the ability to clearly communicate data-related challenges.- Capable of addressing data quality issues, presenting data creatively, and developing practical solutions after thorough analysis and stakeholder consultation.- Utilises advanced conceptual thinking to identify trends, offer insightful advice, and support decision-making for gender equality initiatives.- Crafts and refines written materials with clarity and precision, ensuring they are tailored to the audience’s needs.
