**Position Overview**:
As the P&C Business Partner you will collaborate with the passionate HR team and work closely with leaders to drive a culture of excellence and inclusivity. You will have the unique opportunity to manage your own portfolio, working with various areas to provide strategic P&C guidance that supports the mission and empowers employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with leaders across the organisation, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Provide expert P&C advice to leadership and staff on all elements of the employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practices and Strategic Plan.
- Interpret relevant Awards and Enterprise Agreements to assist employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with the HR team to design and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, performance, and development.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management.

**What you need to bring to the role**:

- Bachelor's degree or Postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources, or relevant extensive experience within a HR Business Partner role.
- Strong knowledge of P&C best practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- You are people-focused, and value building lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
