**ABOUT Us**

The South Australian Certificate of Education Board (SACE Board) of South Australia’s primary role is the provision of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) to government, non-government and international schools.

**The IMPACT you will drive at the SACE Board**

The People and Culture Business Partner will be accountable to the Manager, People and Culture. They will partner with function owners and people leaders to provide proactive and strategic human resource services that drives the business outcomes of the SACE Board. They will develop, implement, and review HR programs, projects and policies and be a significant change champion.

**What you will BRING**
- Building strong and mutually respected business partnerships and relationships with functional leaders and managers
- Demonstrated experience working within a changing environment while maintaining outcomes within deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, promote and evaluate innovative HR and ER programs, projects, policies, procedures, and systems.
- Provide expertise and workforce analysis to functional groups on HR and ER related matters including organisational reviews, restructures, change management and advice on HR policy matters.
- Effective and efficient employee case management
- Prepare HR related research and correspondence including briefings, memorandums, etc
- Support in the coordination of the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Demonstrated experience supporting P&C teams through uncertain circumstances.

**Qualifications**

Qualification in Human Resources, Business or related discipline is desirable.

**Special Conditions**
- Some out-of-hours work.
- The incumbent works under the _SACE Board of South Australia Act 1983_.

**Remuneration**

ASO6 classification level. $98,478-$104,165 per annum plus superannuation.

This is a short-term term vacancy of 12 months.
