**The Role**:
Reporting to the Base Manager, the Supervisor, Maintenance Services is responsible in overseeing daily line station operations, including assisting in certifying. They are also responsible in ensuring efficient manpower function, including scheduling and ensuring engagement of team.

**Your Main Responsibilities**:

- Certify aircrafts as per required
- Schedule site personnel to weekly shift patterns pursuant to the customer’s flight schedule
- Direct Inventory Control and local logistics of customer and Panasonic Avionics owned capital assets
- Schedule preventive maintenance activities of systems installed on customer aircraft during overnight hold
- Perming onboard maintenance activities and fill-in for absent employees when required
- Hire, train, supervise, and appraise direct reports.

**About you**:

- To be eligible for this role you must possess a CASA Licence Cat B1/B2 with 2 of the aircraft types including B777, B787, A380, B747-400, or A350 Type Ratings. Holding a FAA A&P is preferred.
- Previous aviation experience in Aircraft Line Maintenance with the appropriate academic/ technical qualifications to satisfy regulatory licensing and customers’ requirements (e.g. FAA, CASA, CAA, EASA, etc)
- Familiarity with CASA maintenance regulations
- Demonstrate good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Proven ability in resolving a wide range of issues in imaginative and practical ways
- Proven ability to manage changing priorities, unplanned disruptions and competing deadlines
- Excellent and professional communication skills, both verbally and written
- Willing to travel domestically or internationally as per required
