**About the Role**

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and coordinating housekeeping staff schedules and assignments.
- Conducting inspections to ensure rooms and common areas meet cleanliness standards.
- Training, coaching, and supporting housekeeping team members.
- Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and linens.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Addressing guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborating with the Front Office and Maintenance teams for seamless operations.

**About You**

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Possesses strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Is detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Understands safety and sanitation regulations in a hotel setting.
- Is available to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
