Join our highly successful Customer Solutions team as our new Scheduler. You will be instrumental in ensuring future growth within the William Adams business.

**ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY**

Your primary focus will be to understand and adhere to our Service Agreements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, using effective communication and coordinating the transfer of accurate information to our service teams.

**A typical day in this role involves...**
- Uploading new, existing and terminated service agreement information
- Monitoring up and coming service requirements
- Working closely with our Work In Progress (WIP) Team
- Owning the customer experience to achieve customer satisfaction
- Accurate data entry of all activity into business systems and various portals
- Preparing service reports as per timelines
- Conducting accrual account reconciliations
- Contacting customers and organising delivery of service commitments

**What we are looking for...**
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience working within a parts or service environment
- Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
- Previous experience working with databases and online systems
- Ability to plan, be organised and manage time effectively
- A “go getting”, self-motivated, reliable team player
- A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
- A mechanical aptitude would be a true advantage
