**Your Role**:
This role is a maximum term, 18 month parental leave cover. The role is full time based in our Anzac Square Brisbane Clubhouse.
You will be part of a dynamic local team responsible for increasing Membership sales. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Operations, you’ll work toward the common goal of achieving sales targets and working in a cohesive and friendly team environment.
We’re looking for an experienced and self-motivated salesperson with a flexible approach to work style. You’ll need to have plenty of drive and determination to succeed, as there’s lots to learn
Hub will provide training to help you gain the knowledge you need for the role, ensuring you have the skills to adapt your style and technique to each lead.
**Responsibilities by function**:
**New member acquisition and pipeline management**
- Prioritising and responding to all sales enquiries for our Brisbane clubhouses;
- Conduct tours of Hub Australia Clubhouses when required and demonstrate/communicate advantages of our products compared to industry competitors;
- Work towards maintaining 100% building occupancy through achieving booked tour targets;
- Assist with developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline including, but not limited to:
- Identify, develop and evaluate leads and opportunities;
- Lead generation and prospecting potential members;
- Seeking out new business development opportunities via networking events, local area marketing and community engagement;
- Cultivating referrals from within our community and organising referral incentives where applicable;
- Assist in maintaining relationships with online brokers in your city, communicating Hub’s brand and offering to ensure high conversion rates;
- Provide unmatched customer service to potential prospects, ensuring an excellent start to their member journey experience;
- Taking ownership of Licence Agreement negotiations;
- Work closely with your GM and Sales team for large corporate enquiries and sales;
- Assisting clubhouse teams with current member renewals and negotiations as required;
- Work autonomously to achieve company forecasts;
- Recording and tracking deal progressions through our CRM (HubSpot).
**Member Administration**
- Management of the sales process from initial enquiry to close, for each Membership product in the Member Portal and HubSpot (our CRM);
- Ownership of sales reporting to your GM;
- Identifying areas of improvement for our sales process and pipeline and assisting with Projects where required;
- Assist with preparing Sales Proposals and Licence Agreements as required;
- Assist with invoicing of security deposits and initial onboarding fees;
- Coordinate the handover of new member sales to the Clubhouse team.
**What you’ll need**:
- Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience within a sales environment (preferably in a related industry)
- Ideally have experience selling a product (ideally service) and/or being well versed in a sales process
- Skills as an effective communicator - both written and verbal
- Someone that is exceptionally organised and works well in a fast paced environment
- A passion for growing business and engagement in the entrepreneurial ecosystem
- A track record in delivering exceptional customer service experiences
- An energetic sales, acquisition, and retention strategy mind-set
- Experience within commercial real estate is highly regarded
