Accounts Receivable Officer

**Key tasks will include**:
- Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner;
- Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure they are in compliance with company policies;
- Manage and update customer accounts, including credit checks and payment terms;
- Follow up on overdue payments and resolve any billing discrepancies;
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to accounts receivable;
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding billing and payment inquiries; and
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.
**About YOU**
- At least 2 years’ prior experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
- Proficient in using MYOB and excellent Excel skill are highly desired
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Demonstrate initiative and take responsibility
This is a 12-month maternity leave contract with the possibility of extension or permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
