**The Role**

Working in collaboration with and under supervision by a nominated internal lead your duties will include, but not be limited to, the following:

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a working relationship with multiple business areas across the department
- Gain deep knowledge of upcoming projects - may get involved with new project planning to help assess, impact risk, and determine how best to leverage the Cloud (Public or Private);
- Determines, collects, and documents business requirements and manages demand;
- Manages, tracks, and reports Cloud budget across a Hybrid Cloud environment, with a strong focus on finance optimisation
- Responsible for informing businesses on approval/rejection of business justifications for new services;
- Responsible for communicating new services and service interruptions to business;
- Responsible for obtaining consumer sign-off on service validation testing in QA;
- Responsible for informing consumers when required services have been deployed into the production service catalog;
- Ensures that processes are defined in accordance with corporate and regulatory policies and with the understanding of the process stakeholders;
- Ensures that operating processes, policies, and standards are documented to an appropriate level;
- Ensures that operating processes, policies, and standards are communicated appropriately to the relevant audience;
- Ensures that the appropriate facilities and tools are in place to enable the execution of the process;
- Ensures that the processes are monitored for their use and effectiveness and meet their objectives; improves the processes where necessary;
- Work effectively in a small team environment;
- Record and maintain files/information in accordance with the department's requirements
- Provide knowledge/skills transfer to other team members

**Mandatory Role Requirments & Skills**
- Experience in Public, Private, and hybrid cloud environments
- Demonstrated strong working experience in business relationships and being able to quickly gain an understanding of business needs.
- Provide examples of previous work in Public and Private Cloud onboarding
- Experience in Cloud finance and governance
- Must be Self-motivated, able to use initiative, innovative and a strong commitment to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong negotiating skills, specifically in regards to timeframes and managing client’s expectations
- Demonstrated skills assist in the completion of the Security Clearance process,
- must have a 10-years ‘checkable’ background within Australia. with no more than 1 year period outside of Australia during the current checking period (10 years).
- Be willing to adhere to the Code of Conduct
- Be vaccinated with two doses of a COVID‑19 vaccine, in order to perform duties on-site when required.
