We value diversity of experience and anyone who can drive outcomes that deliver value to our customers; DigiRen is a community that enables great work and accelerated learning. **Role Overview**: We are looking for Principal Cloud Operating Model Consultants to support our growth. - Minimum 8 years in cloud operations, leading, advising and coaching teams in operationalising cloud platforms. - Building Cloud Centres of Excellence / Cloud Business Office / Cloud Platform Engineering teams and engaging with operational teams to integrate the cloud platform into its broader ITSM framework. - Designing and leading the implementation of cloud operating models and changing the way people work to unlock organisational value. - C-level’ presence and ability to make complex people, technology, and process issues accessible to senior leaders. DigiRen Principal Cloud Operating Model Consultants work for or on behalf of customers to help them understand, plan and implement best practices around productising, managing and operating scalable cloud platforms. They act as a key trusted advisor for our customers, helping them understand and implement change, and build new cloud capabilities that enable them to scale and control their cloud journey. You will join an inclusive and welcoming team of cloud leaders who are among the best in the business. **Position Responsibilities**: As a Principal Cloud Operating Model Consultant at DigiRen, you will: - Design and implement cloud operating models for large commercial and public sector organisations, integrating into cloud transformation programs. - Be able to define the set of services and operational requirements to support customer use case for cloud, and build a roadmap of operational capability, including compliance, integration and workflow automation, to support the use case. - Design, develop and operate a range of integrations between ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and hyperscale Cloud platforms. - Participate in technology roadmap and architecture discussions to turn business requirements and vision into reality. - Act as a thought leader in Cloud operations best practices, participating in DigiRen and industry events and thought leadership initiatives. - Lead, develop, mentor and coach cloud consultants at DigiRen. **Requirements**: - Experience leading the development and delivery of a strategy to adopt public Cloud services in an enterprise IT setting - Extensive experience building sophisticated and automated operational management platforms in a Cloud or on-premises environment, particularly building service integration capabilities between multiple platforms. - Ideally qualified in ITIL, TOGAF or similar ITSM frameworks, particularly focused on service operations or service transition. - Highly technical and analytical, possessing significant IT implementation and operations experience. - Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment. - Experience with agile project management methodologies. - Current AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications, or ability to complete within six months. - Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency. - Ability to travel to client locations when needed within Australia. - Baseline or NV1 security clearance would be advantageous. **Benefits** DigiRen is an equal opportunity employer.
