**About the role at Bare**

We’ve built an entirely online funeral planning experience, for both families in their time of need, and older Australian's looking to prepay their funeral in advance. In bringing this experience online, we’re making funerals simple and inexpensive. We want like-minded people to join us for the ride. As part of this transformation, we are looking for an exceptional Customer Care Specialist to join our team. At Bare, we want to be known as providing great customer experiences, and this role is core to that promise - as the first contact point for both existing and new customers.

**Seniority**

Entry Level - A role for someone with underlying potential, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically no direct experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Complaints Resolution - Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems, to improve negative customer experiences
- Customer Advocacy and Feedback - Advocate for customers by providing feedback to internal teams on how to better meet customer needs

**Strengths**
- Service orientation - Actively seeks and develops strategies to help key stakeholders
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions
